Alabast Design Consultancy Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1. By engaging in business with Alabast Design Consultancy ("Alabast," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services
2.1. Alabast provides design consultancy services, including but not limited to UX- and UI-design, graphic design, branding, and creative consulting.
2.2. The client agrees to provide all necessary information, materials, and cooperation required for the successful execution of the services.

3. Fees and Payments
3.1. The client agrees to pay the fees as outlined in the proposal or agreement.
3.2. Payments are due according to the agreed-upon schedule, and failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of services.

4. Intellectual Property
4.1. All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, arising from the services provided by Alabast shall belong to Alabast until full payment is received.
4.2. Upon full payment, intellectual property rights related to the specific project will be transferred to the client as outlined in the agreement.

5. Privacy Policy
By using the Website, Client agrees to be bound and abide by the Privacy Policy and the terms more particularly set forth therein and adopted and incorporated herein. The Website is hosted in the United States of America. Access of the Website from the EU, Asia or other region of the world may result in the applicability of laws, statutes or regulations differing from those of the United States which govern personal data collection, use or disclosure. Client’s continued use of the Website and transfer of data to the United States constitutes express consent of Client to the transfer and processing of data in the United States.

6. Showcasing Design Work
5.1. DesignJoy reserves to right to share design work on digital channels including social media, website, etc. unless otherwise agreed upon. The Client reserves the right to issue an NDA between themselves and Alabast, which in turn would void the right of Alabast to share or discuss Client's work publicly.

7. Modification
6.1. Alabast reserves the right to change, alter, modify, amend or remove anything or any content on the Website for any reason at its sole discretion. Alabast reserves the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the Website without notice and without liability to Client.

8. Limitation of Liability
7.1. Alabast shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with the services.

9. Governing Law
8.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Oslo District Court, Norway.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
9.1. Alabast reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.
